A very heavy heart today. Our community lost a fine young man yesterday, in a tragic work related mva. Good friends with my daughter, kindergarten to grade 12. My heart aches for his whole family; such a lovely family who raised such a wonderful young man. I just want to hold my daughter and never let her go. Life is so cruel.

I have felt like throwing up all day today. Alex was one of the students I took to Scotland back in 2006 and we had such a great time. My heart aches for his parents.
